  • We are based in the NYC area. We will cater events in: Upstate NY, Hamptons, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Maine.

  • For peak season (late spring through early fall), we recommend booking 6–12+ weeks in advance—especially for areas near the ocean. Weekdays and off-peak dates may be available with less notice. If it is within a few weeks of your event, reach out anyway; we’ll always try to make it work.

  • Yes. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Once the deposit is received, the date is held exclusively for your event and we begin planning and staffing.

If you need to reschedule in the same season, we will honor your deposit.

  • We unfortunately cannot cater events with our wagon inside NYC limits.

There is a chance we can arrange something without the wagon. Please message us.

  • Great Question. Considering we operate out of a unique, 70-year-old machine that runs on a single extension cord, our setup takes a bit of extra attention. Let’s say your event starts at 5 pm. We will show up at 11 am. We will immediately require you to show us your favorite outlet so we can get power to the fridge. We will pop open the wagon and begin setting up speakers, giving the truck a quick clean after it has been on the road, and organizing our food. This typically takes 4 hours. We try to allow a 2-hour gap in case something happens to the wagon during travel. Maybe the outlet keeps tripping, maybe the parking is weird, and we have to lug everything up a hill, who knows, better safe than sorry. When 5 pm comes around, we hit play on our radio to get the atmosphere where we want it. We will entertain with little salads that are in fact antipastos, along with pepper shooters, and as people come up, they can ask for burgers or hot dogs, and we will lovingly answer the same “so what’s the story with this thing? “ question for the entire duration of your event. Once the main food is done, typically 2-3 hours depending on the crowd, we will scoop ice cream. After the ice cream is done, we will begin to pack up. Our pack-up is fast and can be done in less than 90 minutes. We will make sure that you are happy, and we will drive off into the darkness. Then, for the next month, every single one of your neighbors, including the ones you have not met, will call you and say, “What was that thing in your driveway?”

  • We run a burger and ice cream truck. Everything can be made “child-friendly”

  • Pricing is determined as an all-inclusive package base on 3 very important pieces of criteria: Location, Number of Guests, and Date. We don’t list pricing publicly because each event is different, but quotes are fast, clear, and itemized in one simple number after you submit the form.

  • For your event, you should consider where you would like us to park. We ask that you find a nice flat area of real estate that is NOT backed into a corner. We also ask that every event provide us with an outlet. We have hundreds of feet of heavy-gauge extension cords at the ready.

  • It is 9 feet wide by 12 feet long. It fits in a parking space, but touches each part of the outermost white lines. We have towed it through a drive-thru before.

  • We can accommodate all dietary restrictions; that way, all you have to do is worry about having fun. We will make sure your crowd of Jain Vegetarian, Salicylate sensitive, and non-Lupin eaters are having fun as well.
