roll-o dairy bar is a mobile event trailer from 1958. every summer for the last 68 years, the trailer gets pulled around new jersey, NEW York, Pennsylvania, and beyond. we are known for cooking traditional roadside American fare. People come from far away to try our cheeseburger and homemade ice cream. depending on the day, we may also offer fried hot dogs, homemade soda, onion rings, fries, broccoli rabe, salads, Chocolate Pie, water ice, among others. we only use old school recipes from our family and friends. we would like to thank those from the New Jersey/Philadelphia area who supplied our wagon with ideas:
